Procedure

A surgical procedure to tighten facial skin and muscles around the face and neck and usually involves incisions in front of and behind the ear. Once the incisions are made, the skin and fat are raised and separated from the muscle. Muscle tightening as well as liposuction of the neck and jowls may be performed, and excess skin is removed or repositioned.
